Maple Cream is a whipped maple syrup. Texture like peanut butter. Maple Cream does like to be refrigerated. Because there are no preservatives the maple syrup may separate from the maple cream, this is normal, stir to reincorporate. 

Suggested uses: Apple dip, Strawberry dip, Fruit dip, spread on toast, bagels, waffles, add to oatmeal, smoothies, power balls, granola.
